Service was Very nice. Took me right away. Said it would take about an hour for oil change, tire rotation and a fixing a recall for my vehicle. It was done even before an h Took me right away. There was plenty of room in waiting area and they even offered free snacks and coffee. People were very friendly and professional. More

Vanessa was great! !! She gave me a quote, told me the options and we worked from there. Had a quote from a 3rd party vendor who told us it would be much more and requ !! She gave me a quote, told me the options and we worked from there. Had a quote from a 3rd party vendor who told us it would be much more and required replacement of all rotary. They only needed to be resurfaced which saved $600. More

I brought our Rogue in to get oil change and stated the back passenger tire sensor has be gone off numerous times. The first time they could not find anything. We went on a trip to NC and it went off again back passenger tire sensor has be gone off numerous times. The first time they could not find anything. We went on a trip to NC and it went off again. The second time time, what this survey is for, they said they reset the tire sensors and also said that I needed an oil change. I stated we just had it done. We only put just over a 1,000 miles on it since the oil change. The mechanic must not have reset the sensor for that so it was showing up on the computer. Two days ago I took it in for the tire sensor, now I am having to bring it in a third time because yesterday it went off again. It's very dangerous because I have no idea whether something is wrong or not with the tire so I pull off to check it. I stated on the phone when I called this morning that this the third time of bringing it in, that the sensor needs replacing and I am hoping this gets done. More

As usual everything went like clock work with the servicing of my Nissan Maxima. I didn't have an appointment for an oil change, however, they said bring it right in. I was in and out in about an hou servicing of my Nissan Maxima. I didn't have an appointment for an oil change, however, they said bring it right in. I was in and out in about an hour! Very pleased with the service writer and the service department!!! More
