We bought a car from Shottenkirk, and when other businesses may forget about their customers after that, Shottenkirk does not. They take care of their people. Shottenkirk Honda’s service department is a great combination of competence, congeniality, and caring. Dani and crew inspected my car immediately and gave me an assessment consistent with those I alr combination of competence, congeniality, and caring. They scheduled my 2-day service, provided me with a new loaner car, and completed the work on time and for the estimated cost. As a bonus, I got to deal with friendly, helpful people. I highly recommend them! More
