Every single person I spoke with met and exceeded my expectations. Eric greeted me and checked me in even though I had no appointment. Eric has worked with me before and always been thorough and attentive but in this case he passed me to Sami. Sami is transparent and professional and was able to identify my concerns quickly. Keith was my shuttle driver and went out of his way to make sure I had a shuttle arrangement after my work hours. Keith clearly communicated with Connie on my checkout procedures. Every single person I worked with was attentive, kind, and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience, they all deserve perfect scores. More

This was an excellent service call. Sami was informative and took care of everything for me, including things I had a separate appointment for at a later date. Service Department is very good. I've got 3 Honda's and I come enough that I've started to get to know several of the folks on staff. I feel like everyone is honest and tries to do everything they can to take care of me and my vehicles. Been extremely happy for years. Big shout out to both Sami and Michael for years of great service. Sales was okay, but prices(April~2023) were obscenely above list price and difficult to get down, especially for having now bought 3 cars with this dealer. Hopeful that my next experience will not be this challenging. More
