Shottenkirk Honda’s service department is a great combination of competence, congeniality, and caring. Dani and crew inspected my car immediately and gave me an assessment consistent with those I alr combination of competence, congeniality, and caring. They scheduled my 2-day service, provided me with a new loaner car, and completed the work on time and for the estimated cost. As a bonus, I got to deal with friendly, helpful people. Overall service department did okay, but on my first visit I had an oil change and they didn’t reset the service oil percentage and the wipers replacement did not work properly and I ended replacing the visit I had an oil change and they didn’t reset the service oil percentage and the wipers replacement did not work properly and I ended replacing them again. On a follow up visit I again asked to have the oil percentage reset and they did not reset it again. I believe overall they do a good job, they just do not pay attention to the little details. More

My visit went well, employees were very nice and professional, the waiting room was clean and comfortable with free coffee and water. I had time to visit the show room and see some new models. The maintenance room was clean and orderly, maintenance people looks as though they had a handle on things, tire pressure was checked, oil levels was correct engine bay was clean. Thanks More
