I originally gave 5 stars thinking my deal was handled properly, but after reviewing my paperwork, I realized it was not what was agreed upon. From the start, I told salesperson Samuel Dasneves and man properly, but after reviewing my paperwork, I realized it was not what was agreed upon. From the start, I told salesperson Samuel Dasneves and manager Antonio Battista that I only wanted a bridge-loan arrangement — using my own personal-loan funds to pay down part of my trade-in’s negative equity so I could start fresh with the new Toyota loan. They both agreed this was the plan. After the sale, I discovered the entire $24,000 of negative equity was rolled into my Toyota loan, even though I had already secured personal loans to cover part separately. When I asked for clarification, I was met with defensive and manipulative responses. At one point, the finance manager Christian Colon told me that if I didn’t pay another $5,000, it would “come out of his pocket.” That kind of guilt-based pressure is unprofessional and unacceptable. I now have documentation from my lender confirming the purpose of my personal-loan funds, and formal complaints are being filed with Toyota Corporate and the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division. My original 5-star review no longer reflects my experience. I’m posting this update so others know to get every number in writing before signing and to review all financing details carefully before entering the finance office. More

Everything was fast there were things that I was promised that I did not get and when I went to bring the vehicle in to be checked the service department was horrible the technicians did not show any care ur that I did not get and when I went to bring the vehicle in to be checked the service department was horrible the technicians did not show any care urgency they didn’t even take the car to the back they literally just looked underneath And told me it was fine and tried to send me on my way It made me feel like all they wanted was to get the sale and once they got me in they did not care at all which is a scam to me I think you should value the customers that are paying so much money for a vehicle and out of all the choices to go with I chose to go with you guys to get this Experience I was highly disappointed especially coming from a family that has Toyota vehicles and has gotten it through other dealerships so I know what type of experience you should be getting and this was not it More
