I live in middle Tennessee and found my new car at Herb Chambers in Sharon online. From the start, my communication with Cheryl and Nick was always responsive and catered to me as if I were in their showro Chambers in Sharon online. They made me feel as if I were their only customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even being pro-active and making my car look better than when I first saw it (removed road rash from rims without me even questioning it). I flew up to do a look over and test drive and was not disappointed with their sincere and genuine effort to make sure I was happy throughout... as well, Sanjay guiding me through the financing/sales side of getting my car to me in Tennessee. If/when I buy another car, I'll be looking at Herb Chambers of Sharon first... definitely made me trust the online car purchase process. I've never had a better car buying experience... no pressure whatsoever. More
