There was a lack of communication while buying car. Was unable to get prices of accessories from salesperson. Had to do our own research to find out prices and choices of Lexus accessories Had to call a unable to get prices of accessories from salesperson. Also , there was little communication between sales and finance department resulting in a long wait to purchase car. More

Great experience with Mr Hung, he’s so helpful and friendly except financing was horrible and I have the worst experience with financing team specifically Andrew Tavares he’s a vampire, untrustworthy friendly except financing was horrible and I have the worst experience with financing team specifically Andrew Tavares he’s a vampire, untrustworthy and he will find the way to rob his customers in front of their faces. Be aware of this financing crews they will mark up points on top of the original interest rate, remember 1 marked up point is equal to 1% interest rate, like my case he added 2 points (2%) on top of the original bank approval. If you’re not careful Andrew Tavares will eat you alive. More
