I live in middle Tennessee and found my new car at Herb Chambers in Sharon online. They made me feel as if I were their only customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even being pro-active and making my car look better than when I first saw it (removed road rash from rims without me even questioning it). I flew up to do a look over and test drive and was not disappointed with their sincere and genuine effort to make sure I was happy throughout... as well, Sanjay guiding me through the financing/sales side of getting my car to me in Tennessee. If/when I buy another car, I'll be looking at Herb Chambers of Sharon first... definitely made me trust the online car purchase process. I've never had a better car buying experience... no pressure whatsoever. More
