Within minutes of requesting a quote I received an email from the Internet Sales Manager Kayla Gilbertson showing their price for the vehicle. I contacted every dealer in the New England area and it was the lowest offer I found. It was very pleasant to have their best offer up front rather than having to spend time and energy negotiating. I received a fair offer for my trade and the process was very transparent (consistent with KBB valuation). In addition, the particular vehicle I wanted was unique. Sam and Bill were able to use their relationships with other Lexus dealers to get a vehicle allocated to a dealer out of state and get it redirected for me. I had a very specific list of what I wanted and did not want and they were able to find it for me. I was very concerned about the COVID situation. Bill was extremely conscientious in terms of limiting the amount of people contacting the vehicle (i.e. he was the only person handling the vehicle and did not allow anyone else access to the vehicle) and following best practices at all times (i.e. wearing a mask at all times and gloves). Through Bill’s meticulous planning and effort, I was able to drop off my trade and drive away with a new vehicle with out any in person contact and in a very short amount of time. Bill was able to compete the entire deal without any in person interaction. I don’t think it’s possible to provide a safer experience in the current covid environment. More

I am a returning customer because of the high quality service received. As a woman, even in 2020, I still run into male sales reps looking to speak with the man, the "male head of household" but with Chr service received. This is the most unethical dealership I have ever worked with! The first car I bought from them they showed me a brand new Lexus all wrapped up in plastic yet the one that I was given after signing the pape with! The first car I bought from them they showed me a brand new Lexus all wrapped up in plastic yet the one that I was given after signing the paperwork was one that had been sitting in the showroom for quite some time. The second SUV I purchased was a custom order from someone else that had a $995 feature they charged me for but didn’t tell me about. I didn’t realize it until after I signed the paperwork because Carlos had ne sign an electronic pad. They didn’t even clean the inside of the car before they gave it to me! Forget the Lexus and go down the street to BMW! Nick confirmed after-the-fact the option was on the car and they charged me for it even though they never told me It would be added on. No apology; just wished me happy miles on my new Lexus. No shame on screwing their customers. More
