Bryan was a great, friendly salesman that went out of his way to show not only the features of the car but also to setup the myAudi app for my car, which I think another dealer might have not bothered to do. way to show not only the features of the car but also to setup the myAudi app for my car, which I think another dealer might have not bothered to do. There was some typical finance room upsell attempts, but since I experience that at every dealer and overall it felt lighter than other places, I'm not going to ding a star for that. Overall, saved a lot with certified used over brand new and had a great experience. More
