Great experience! Sara Griffith exceeded my expectation of a car salesperson. She stayed within the budget I gave her, she showed me options, she made me feel part of the Mini family and she taught me everything about the car I drove off the lot because she is a Mini owner herself 4 times over! She felt like a friend. She was not pushy and I have never had such a great test drive. First she showed me the things the car could do and then she handed the wheel over to me. Her manager, Michael Stanton was lovely to talk to as well. The financial manager, Ron Whiting was excellent too. It felt like I was buying a car from friends. I live over an hour away from this dealer but I will drive that hour and more to visit them again for service or for another Mini in the future.
