Side note: I have purchased many new cars over the years and I am still surprised as the length of time it takes to complete the sale. I can't determine where the bottle neck is, but that is one suggestion I would like to make on behalf of future customers. That being said, Peter made the time enjoyable. Thank you again Peter. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had . I found the car I liked online and filled out all the information they needed . Then I got a call from an awesome salesperson named Michael messer wh I found the car I liked online and filled out all the information they needed . I hate shopping for cars because of the annoying salespeople and the going back and forth. Dureen was awesome and so professional she made everything great. They breached contract and charged me more money than agreed. Terrible customer service with finance gentleman. Never any follow-up to remedy any of these concerns. I will do the absolute most online before going in person so I can spend as little time there as possible. After my inquiry online, Michael immediately reached out and was very communicative. He stayed in constant contact with me and was able to get me in and out within 2-2.5 hours (which is quick for buying a car). Sarah took time to really review my paperwork and finances before having me sign so I didn’t feel so pressured, all while making great conversation. I recently totaled my car and was seriously not in a position to buy, but they both made everything so easy. I will definitely come back for any future purchases and services. THANK YOU! More
