I appreciate you giving me the opportunity to explain what happened. I really do. However, I think between my review and accounts from those individuals who were there, I think it's clear what transpired. I'm just trying to get past this experience and not re-hash what happened since it will only bring about negative sentiments that I am trying to put behind me. I think the key take away is that the trade-in vehicle I used was purchased from one of the big online retailers because I wanted to avoid potential issues that typically arise when dealing with a brick and mortar dealership. I took a chance this time and it was well on its way to being a five-star experience. Unfortunately, it was tainted because of one individual who was brash and arrogant, lacked customer service prowess, and did not know how to interact with nor appease a customer. No hard feelings towards the dealership, Kevin, or Sarah whatsoever as that aspect of my experience was a 5/5. Thank you for understanding.

UPDATE: I would like to thank James Tippmann for reaching out to me this morning to finally provide me with the documentation that I had been waiting for. Also, Sarah Gavin deserves praise for also inquiring about the documents. She's been on point since day 1. Their collective efforts show that customer satisfaction is top of mind. Additionally, James took the time to provide an apology on behalf of the experience I had overall and with the sales manager. I am appreciative of his gesture and have changed my overall review accordingly.
