He was professional, courteous, didnt hesitate to answer any questions because i didnt know what to expect. He helped me to start thinking about my options. Then i met Frank. He gave me options that was really helpful that i didnt think i was able to buy a car with my credit level. His level of financial options were superb. Then i met with Sunny. He explained the interior of the car, he did an awesome job connecting the audio for me and the bluetooth, he made sure i understood everything he explained in detail. A-1 Toyota didnt just sell me a car, but they educated me about the process. Great Job A-1 Toyota !!! More

AMAZING customer service I found A1 Toyota on Facebook when I was looking to lease a new car. I filled out an online questionnaire and was immediately contacted by Jerry. We I found A1 Toyota on Facebook when I was looking to lease a new car. I filled out an online questionnaire and was immediately contacted by Jerry. We set an appointment for me to get familiar with Toyota cars. I was met at the door by Jerry himself and he introduced me to my salesman George. George is a very nice gentleman with a witty personality. I explained to George exactly what I was looking for (heated seats, leather seats, remote starter) in a car or SUV. George took me out to look at a beautiful 2020 Toyota Corolla. I knew this was the car I wanted...as we were walking into the showroom there was a BEAUTIFUL BLUE 2019 Camry. I asked George to get me the numbers for both cars ...after a few minutes the numbers came back and were actually below what i planned on spending. I quickly filled out the application and was signing on the dotted line within an hour. I want to thank Eddie, Jerry, Mustafa, Gary. Sunny and of course my man George for their INCREDIBLE customer service. Everyone at A1 Toyota made me feel very special. I highly recommend them . More

A salesman who listens! I needed a new car because I had been in an accident. I was shopping several Toyota and Honda dealers in my area. After being pushed towards more expe I needed a new car because I had been in an accident. I was shopping several Toyota and Honda dealers in my area. After being pushed towards more expensive models at other dealerships, I finally met John. He listened to what I needed and showed me the car that was right for me - the options I needed at a price I could afford. John made everything easy - from getting me the right model to setting things up for me when I picked it up. I also love A-1’s up-front pricing. When I found a car I was interested in l was greeted by a godly sales representati I was out just looking to see what kind of used cars A1 Toyota had. When I found a car I was interested in l was greeted by a godly sales representative who had a great smile and was very friendly. I asked him what I need to do next to inquire about the car. We talked for a while he insisted I don’t have to rush ,but his energy/spirit just kept me feeling like this is the time to get the car i want. This is not my first car. I had leased from them for about 12 years and now I’m ready to buy even though it’s a 2016 I really came out on top. And the financial part went just as great because when people don’t pressure you into buying a car it works out best for everyone.
