Purchasing the vehicle was relatively painless. Finance manager was fantastic. Post purchase experience was far from stellar. Dropped off a vehicle on a Monday and promised vehicle back the same Wednesday. Received text confirmation vehicle would be ready Wednesday 2pm then another text Wednesday at 2:30pm that the vehicle wasn’t actually ready. Come to find out, the items needed were never ordered in the first place and were now delayed. Guess it’s true what they say that once you’ve signed on the line you’re lowest priority. More
