I love this dealership. I started driving my Honda CRV when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the when I was 16, and just recently sold it after 10 years, and bought a BMW. Though BMW is known for it's quality of service, nothing compares to the service I received every time I brought my Honda into Herb Chambers of Seekonk. They were always friendly, always timely, and were great about keeping me informed as to what they were doing, why they needed to do it, and what to expect in the future. I cannot wait until the warranty runs out on my BMW so that I can buy another Honda and drive an hour to get it serviced in Seekonk. More

I needed a replacement car for an old toyota corolla. chose Herb Chambers dealership because of previous excellent experiences with service department. In particular, Tim Islip in the service department chose Herb Chambers dealership because of previous excellent experiences with service department. In particular, Tim Islip in the service department has been great to work with. I have other cars and have dealt with Toyota and VW service departments and get frustrated with inconsistency and dishonesty. Tim and other service department employees at Herb Chambers always make sure I understand what is needed, and work with me to make sure my car is safe and well maintained. I never feel taken advantage of at Herb Chambers. Regarding Sales, I worked with Homero Lima. He was wonderful, patient and helpful as I went through the process of deciding which car to buy. I ended up with a new CRV and I love it. This was not an emergency purchase, but because Homero was willing to work with me in a low pressure way, I was able to relax and make an educated purchase and feel good about it. I was also impressed with Scott Birtles, the general manager, who recognized me by name and made me feel very comfortable. I will be a continued customer of this dealership, and will be back when my other CRV is ready for trade in...currently at 160,000 miles and running great!!! More

Buying this car was easy and painless. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers of Seekonk as a wonderful dealership to purchase a new or used car from. I dealt with them on the internet, via phone and in person and I was respected and treated l wonderful dealership to purchase a new or used car from. Being a female and shopping for a vehicle is difficult because people treat you as if you were stupid. Not the team at Herb Chambers of Seekonk they treat you like family. Theresa Phillips should be given the tops sales award you have because she cares not about making the sale but getting you what you need/want. She should be training other sales reps on how to sell vehicles. I would travel from Rindge, NH to Seekonk, MA to buy another vehicle because the way I was treated and the item I purchased was exactly as explained to me by Mike Falcon over the internet and phone, there were no hidden things. I would not hesitate to email, call or visit the dealership at anytime with any vehicle question knowing I would receive the best care. More

My car 2007 Honda Accord had serious engine problem. I took to HERB CHAMBER. I explain the situation to the Assistant Service Manager Tim Islip . I dont even know where to begin...I purchased a used honda Pilot(07). There was an issue with the vehicle that I could not deal with. After a few months of trying to make it right for me, and believe m honda Pilot(07). There was an issue with the vehicle that I could not deal with. After a few months of trying to make it right for me, and believe me they did everything thing that they could to make me happy! To make a long story short they traded me out of it and put me into anther one at my conveineince! They bent over backward to make it the best and smoothest transition for me. I cant express enough how great the staff is at the Seekonk location. I checked all around me and ended up driving the distance for the customer service! It is the best dealership I have ever been to. As they were probably thinking, I can admit, I am not the easiest person to please. When I am spending my hard earned money I want to know that I am getting excellent quality and service. It was difficult for me to decide what make to purchase. Driving a volvo for the last 13 years it seems nothing is made as sturdy and dependable. I had to sacrifice on the luxery end when I purchased the Pilot, that was a little bit of a bummer. But overall I am VERY happy with my purchase. I would like to say thank you to Ray Gagliardi, Joe Vona, Victor Sousa, Paul Zitto, Scott Birtles, and last but not least Magad Aboudib. All of you guys are great! You all made my experience a lot easier for me. The day that I went to purchase the car, I just missed Herb himself. He was flying off in his helicopter. I would have loved to tell him in person what a fine crew of guys he has working there!! If you are looking to purchase a car GO to Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk!!! J C More

The folks at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk were wonderful to work with. My wife and I had visited a few other Honda dealers, as well as other mfgrs, and we were very pleased of the overall experien wonderful to work with. They had the vehicle we were interested in and gave us a fair deal on our trade.
