When we arrived to St. Augustine we needed to find a Toyota dealer. We called Beaver and a very friendly person answered the phone. The person ask they could me. I explained my problem The person said I could bring it in as soon we could. It a short drive time and we arrived we were greeted by Scott who without any problem he took my information and told us to take a seat in the showroom area within about an hour he called me on my cell and told us what was the problem. The work would covered by warranty and he said he would get us in a rental at no cost. By the next morning he called and said our car was ready to be picked up. Never in my 85 year time I have never experienced this kind of service. Makes me want to move to St. Augustine. More

In my whole adult life, I have exclusively purchased/driven Toyota and I came here to say that I recently had the WORST service experience that I've ever had at any Toyota dealership in all of purchased/driven Toyota and I came here to say that I recently had the WORST service experience that I've ever had at any Toyota dealership in all of my years. Four and a half hours for a battery change after they broke a part that had nothing to do with the battery, causing my car to fail after driving away. The service director, Scott was incredibly rude, unaccommodating and unapologetic. I was also told by another service staff member that this exact thing had happened several times in the day prior to my own. More

I am always pleased with this dealership. My family has bought many vehicles from them and the service is always good. I was surprised this time when I walked out to get my car. I have never received a wet car out of the car wash like it had just been rained on. I pulled a towel out of my car and dried it off while the service people watched and didn’t seem to care. Hopefully at the new location there will be a dryer on the car wash. More
