The sales manager, Scott, suggested a major rebate of $4000.00 that I never would have thought of or sort after. Mike my CA kept me well informed of the progress of my build from the factory to the day of delivery. He was also so patient letting me test drive 4 vehicles before choosing the one of my liking. Zach, Finance manager that handles all the paperwork was also very pleasurable and very easy to communicate with and did not try and push anything on you for extras, the exact price i was quoted was the price I paid. Mike, the genius advisor for setting up your vehicle to your needs was a guy who knew these BMW cars and trucks like the back of his hand. He took his time with us and was very detailed and experienced. Upon the delivery of the vehicle the sales manager, Scott Brooks personally came over to me to thank us for the sale which has not ever happened to me in the past at other dealerships.
