I work with dealers all over the Midwest and I chose to purchase several vehicles from the Kelley's and have each serviced by the "best of the best" service department I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Scott Brooks and his entire team make you feel like "family" and treat you with total respect. BMW of North America is fortunate to have this "Team" representing their franchise. Scott Highs Service Team are also exceptional and I really appreciate the video review the service technical provides as part of the serving of my vehicles. Clearly, the service department is "Top Drawer" that differentiates them from any other service shop. More
