We’ve been leasing cars for many years and are knowledgeable about all aspects of the leasing process, leasing terms, etc., so it’s always annoying when dealership try shady practices, like saying they don’t know what the money factor is or making you wait for hours while they keep disappearing to “talk to the finance manager” like he’s the wizard of oz. After spending some time in an Indy BMW dealership and not getting straightforward / transparent answers or what our research showed was current market pricing, I emailed BMW of Fort Wayne with an offer for an iX they had on the lot. Scott Brooks (Sales GM) responded promptly with a good counteroffer that worked for us. Our salesperson Mike sent a nice quality video of the vehicle since we aren’t local (without us even asking… this was a nice touch). They were honest and transparent about everything. They quickly and thoroughly answered our questions so we were comfortable with everything. We made the 2 hour drive to pick up the vehicle, and they had everything ready to go to make it quick and easy. The finance manager was out, but Jaylon took care of that part and did a fantastic job subbing in. The BMW app was down that day, but Michael walked us through key highlights of the car and promised to help us set everything up with the app once it was back up. They even gave our daughter a little gift to make her feel special, too. Well done. 5 stars all around… everything you want in a car buying experience. Thank you for making it painless and dare I say fun!! We’ve already told a few friends about our experience, and we’ll certainly be back. Absolutely worth the 4 hour round trip drive (or more!) for car buying the way it should be! More
