First purchase My grandpa always bought his vehicles from Klaben so I decided to make my first new car purchase with them in June. When I arrived with my father (who is in a wheelchair) Chuck immediately greeted me and helped me get my dad situated. I went to buy and I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted so he went and got it and helped me get my dad in the car. He went the extra mile to not only help me but also help my dad. I never felt that he was pressuring me to buy or tryin to take advantage which was a huge fear of mine. Chuck went through all the paperwork with me and helped with figuring out discounts based on my job and schooling. He really went the extra mile! He even says hello to me by name when he see’s me in the service waiting area. The service area is also top notch, they’re always so nice and get your work done as quickly as possible. I will 100% be back to Klaben to purchase and for service! More
