*** BUYER BEWARE *** illegal / Unfair sales tactics bait and switch alerts Dealership ( Sales manager Scott) are actively ripping off customers. I needed a vehicle in an emergency situation. I found a certified Pre-owned vehicle here that I could afford. (CPO via Kia, Carfax, and the dealerships listing). From the minute we got there shifty behavior started. after they "somehow" tried to show us the wrong vehicle then they attempted to charge us more money than advertised for the certified preowned. they said "oh no. it's not Certified, it's "certifiable" if you pay the additional cost. " Any car listed and advertised as a CPO is for that price listed, not a way for shifty dealerships to line their pockets on unsuspecting customers. i attempted to contact the dealership to discuss this and they (Scott) got mad and unprofessional instead of attempting to change their illegal behavior. please!! do not go here and get taken advantage of. More

Lies, deceit and poor customer service. I came in fir a test drive and was immediately sold a overpriced Tesla. The sales manager would not write his promises on the forced bilk of sale. After the test drive the front wibdshield had a crack. The sales manager informed me to use my insurance to get it repaired. When they determined my credit score was acceptable. The manipulation began. I experience numerous levels of unprofessionalism. I cannot recommend any of my colleagues to KIA Southwest. More
