Horrible. I was told Wednesday no deal, because I wanted to trade my Kia Forte in, and received a called back Friday saying everything was good. Got there sit 2 hours, signed about 8 papers agreeing to paym to trade my Kia Forte in, and received a called back Friday saying everything was good. Got there sit 2 hours, signed about 8 papers agreeing to payment was told what payments was we was next up. The process went like the first time, well I was told the truck had just came off the truck so it had to be inspected I could pick it up today which was true it only had 5 miles. Another couple which came in and wanted the same vehicle and of course I’m black the other couple got it. Today the truck is with the other people in Italy Texas. I had set the tracker up after I signed all the forms and agreed to the payments. See I knew the truck was gone and they just kept lying. If you ran my credit Wednesday why run it again Friday. Hard inquiry hits and I didn’t give permission for it to be ran Friday. I’m so upset. It’s sad how we were treated. First time went wonderfully one of the best salesman. Second time I feel it was I hate to say it, but that car salesmen was horrible I should have known because I caught him in several lies. More
