I saw the Toyota Tundra I wanted on their website. I was emailed by Scott who answered all my questions. I evaluated my trade-in using the trade app on the website and received a trade-in estimate. Scott had Ralph call me to discuss the trade and to agree on a price for the new truck. Everything was so smooth and efficient. We set a time for me to arrive the following day to execute the transaction. I met Scott and he introduced me to Mike Coral, as my salesperson. Mike guided me through the process of setting up the Toyota app on my phone and then he went over all of the features in the new truck. Tommy was very helpful in explaining all of the finance options and extended warranty options when completing the paperwork. Everything was perfect in its execution and every question was answered. It was well worth the two hour drive from Augusta to Lugoff to purchase this truck. These guys are courteous, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel like a member of the Lugoff Toyota family. Thanks guys, and will see you again in the future! Awesome team! More

Terrible business practices Found a 2013 Toyota Corolla on social media Saturday 4-8. I reached out to the dealership for more pictures of the inside of the car and under the hood because the websi Corolla on social media Saturday 4-8. I specifically asked if their used cars went through a 100 plus point inspection and the sales rep said yes. After reviewing the photos you can obviously tell the vehicle did NOT go through an inspection. I mean there was acid pouring out of the battery and the car was just filthy under the hood so I called the sales rep and informed him. He responded by saying, maybe this hasn't gone through the process since we just received it. He said he would get on it. Following day was Easter Sunday. Monday 4-10 comes I text and call the sales rep. He tells me the vehicle is in the shop and detailing so I told him to call me when ready and I would drive an hour to take a look. Never heard back. Tuesday 4-11 comes. I text and call again . Sales rep is off today so I talk to the sales manager who investigates it and tells me the vehicle is $15124.00 , I told him how did you suspiciously have a $2000.00 increase in price? The price Saturday , Sunday and Monday was $12995.00. He would investigate and find out what's going on. Well what do you know . Someone put a deposit on the car. So the vehicle was never inspected. They increased the price by $2130.00 Sold the car right underneath me. Didn't apologize, didn't offer another Corolla on the lot. Just advised me not to drive a hour and make the trip to the dealer. More
