PJ Uva met us and patiently walked us through all the features and options available on the new Escort. He also gave us a test drive. When we said we needed to look at a couple of other models he said to let him know if we have any questions and very politely thanked us for coming in. He followed up with a call and email but there was no pressure. We decided to lease an Escort and returned to PJ to choose colors and options. Again PJ was very patient and professional. He made the process and paperwork painless and easy. Picking up the car was also seamless and professional. I will definitely be back to Stamford Ford for my next cars. More
