Was a loyal customer but they ripped my son off. I bought a new truck from them back last year. Sent my son there to buy one and they sold him one with warranty. But after 2 days of him owning it che I bought a new truck from them back last year. Sent my son there to buy one and they sold him one with warranty. I’ve never had a sales guy continue to find me deals and accommodate my needs like he did. I went to the dealership due to pushing by my family because my car had started having issues. I did not want to trade in my car but just wanted to see my options. I barely made it 24 hours after meeting with Rickie before going under contract! He is in your corner from the moment you meet. You can tell he is honest from first interaction and I promise will treat you like family till the end. I also can’t say enough about his boss. At no point did we feel “sold to”. More
