I had a problem with my brand new car 8 days into ownership. Took it back to dealer and they had the car for a month. They gave me a loaner car for the whole time they had my new car. As it turned ownership. Took it back to dealer and they had the car for a month. They gave me a loaner car for the whole time they had my new car. As it turned out, the defective part was on backorder but they managed to find the part at another dealer, had it shipped to them and had the car repaired the next day.
