They were all answered with patience and reassurance. Since then, I have had all of my service completed at Elmwood too. And again, each team member I deal with is extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant. I will not go anywhere else! When I first started driving, my grandfather would help me find a reliable sensible car. When my grandfather could no longer help me, I had to do it on my own. Over the years, I have been extremely disappointed with the cars I had been sold. Until now. I was introduced to Dennis, Richard and Vinny. They helped me get into a great, 2011 Chrysler 200 with low mileage... very impressed! One year after financing this vehicle, I got into my first accident. It was a bad accident, we were so lucky we were all ok. Now, I am driving a 2015 Chrysler 200.. and it's gorgeous with good mileage.. Again, thanks to Dennis, Richard and Vinny, I am very impressed! More

Horrible Service They lied and then screwed me, the took the car for an inspection, gave it back with the old sticker still on it, then when I brought it back the held They lied and then screwed me, the took the car for an inspection, gave it back with the old sticker still on it, then when I brought it back the held it for a week, damaged it, then charged me for the damage, I paid it just nto get it the xxxx away from them.
