Three times I had the van in for service, and three times I was wowed by the service I received. Service writer Scott helped the last two times I came in. (The first was great as well, but that service writer is no longer at Elmwood) Despite my having purchased elsewhere, Scott treated me with the utmost care. He showed understanding and respect by calling frequently with updates and politely answering all my questions. He and his staff even revealed (and repaired) an issue I hadn't yet noticed. That attention to detail really impressed me. While Scott was my primary contact in each of these encounters, I must praise the hard-working mechanics and recondition techs behind the scenes as well. Not only is my vehicle repaired, but it returns to me far cleaner than when I bring it in...inside, outside and even the engine! And upon pickup, the office staff has been quite courteous and efficient as well. This dealership defies the negative stereotypes often attributed to similar businesses. Their steady, professional, and respectful culture is appreciated by this returning customer. Keep up the great work! More

He dealt with Noel (Finance Manager) & Scott (Service Advisor) and they were both amazing. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we received world class customer service and that our needs were addressed. It's not just one or two people either, it's a culture they've built. His patience was incredible, and his methodical attention to detail helped me narrow down to two choices, and that was so helpful throughout this process. Dennis Freeman, one of the Top Dealership Managers in the business is an added resource too. His advice, and working relationship with Justin made it easy to go for the vehicle I wanted. I'll stick with Elmwood as long as I can work with Richie! I had a great experience working with Richie for my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited. We shared a bunch of laughs through the process. I've always hated going to car dealerships but this time was very different my salesman Al was great and made my car buying experience very pleasant and I would recommend Elmwood and Al Torres to any of my family and friends and anyone looking to buy a new vehicle and I will definatly go back and see Al for my next purchase! Thanks for a great experience Al! I have also been going there for service for my vehicle that I traded in and they have always been very helpful and great in fixing all of my mechanical issues in my BMW even though they are not a BMW dealer.
