This is the second Honda we bought from this dealership. This is the second Honda we bought from this dealership. We were so happy with our first buying experience 7 years ago that when we were in the mark This is the second Honda we bought from this dealership. We were so happy with our first buying experience 7 years ago that when we were in the market for another new car, we didn't consider going anywhere other than this dealership. We were lucky in that Scott now has Brent's phone number. I knew the car I wanted from online research and asked Scott if that car was available. It was. OK good; now the problem. I'm in Fort Atkinson and I do not want to come to Madison during the pandemic. Scott's reply was "no problem" I'll bring it to you. And so he brought the car to us to see, checked out the car I was wishing to trade in, named a price, and the next week he brought the new-now-detailed CRV and drove the old car back to the dealership. We had an enjoyable time doing the paperwork on our screened porch on a nice summer day. Scott was great to deal with.
