My overall experience was exceptional! I was trying to find my first car in the US. A friend of mine took me to Wilde East Towne Honda. He was very knowledgeable with the car and the car features and the difference of each tier in different years! He was able to show me tons of options that will work for me! After I made a decision on which car to get and passed all necesarry documentations (I've only been in the US for a year), Samir took over and talked about the financial stuff, car care, coverage, and maintenance plan and a lot more helpful stuff. When I was about to pick up my car, it was Scott's off and Renee took over! She went through the features of my brand new car and assisted my wife on purchasing my old vehicle (since it was under my wife's name). It all went smoothly.
