Very easy to do business over the phone. Truck was just a described when we arrived and even had a few extras that we were not expecting like a full tank of fuel. Called in on our way to the dealer, they had a car ready we wanted to see right away. Was able to put on a hold for a day to think about, then came in to finalize next day.
