Im sick of is xx mail claiming " he has a buyer interested in my truck " not the first time I've received such mail. Yea I'm sure there's so many people coming in looking for a 2018 Silverado. Doubt it !!!. And one time when coming in for service soon after I purchased my new corvette in 2023 he sent ne an email saying come and see him , he had a gift for me. I fiqure at hat or shirt maybe? NO just 2 little coaster with palm chevrolet in them that probably cost dealership 25 cents. Obviously just a way to get to talk to me about trading in my truck for new one. I DO JOT APPRECIATE being conned and lied too. Will never do business with Jason sanabria !!!

Second, I explained what my issue was. The steering wheel was locking up and I was getting a notification that steering assist was off. I receive a text message informing me that I need to approve a battery change before they would even consider diagnosing my car. No way of explaining that the battery was recently purchased. I approve the service request. And then receive a message that my car is done. They didn’t diagnose the problem because it was assumed that the battery was the issue.
Fast forward two weeks, I’m driving on my way home from the Orlando airport with my daughter and my steering wheel locks up. I manage to force the wheel to turn off the highway, first exit and find a gas station to park in. The whole time my steering wheel is locking up, releasing, locking up, releasing. I manage to turn into a gas station, and request road side to tow my car to the nearest Chevy. When I arrived there and I explained how I had gotten a new battery two weeks ago but the issue is persisting, they said that someone should have hooked up a device to see if any codes popped up. He did this with me in front of him, walked me to the computer and showed me that the electric power steering assist motor was overheating, causing it to malfunction. My car is now at a dealership in Orlando waiting’s power steering rack replacement.
So, no. I won’t be recommending Palm Chevrolet to anyone. I won’t be coming back, either. I’m incredibly disappointed at myself for not challenging the new battery that your service department required be to approve to get a diagnosis but didn’t receive. I’m also extremely upset that my daughter and I could have gotten into an accident, driving in downtown Orlando traffic. Oh, and apart from the 387.00 bill from Palm Chevrolet, I now have to pay the $1200+ fee for the repairs that I actually needed.

I have a 2024 100,000 truck with 17 miles and a faulty
break sensors and the from breaks had to be replaced and they cut into the rooters when the car told me I had 70% break life on front and back and ha
