When I brought my car to services, I had already a diagnosis paper in hand and knew what part was needed, but instead, the advisor, read and checked if they had the parts, he made me sign a paper for diagnosis paper in hand and knew what part was needed, but instead, the advisor, read and checked if they had the parts, he made me sign a paper for a new diagnostic service, which I had done already and it said the name of the part. They DIDNT have the parts to fix and didn’t care for my car, saying that I had to pay $226.00 for a service that they couldn’t DO. In the end, after I had paid, the advisor said that I was upset because I didn’t want to pay, I had already paid. I was upset because he should have done right, checking for the part, instead charging me for a new diagnosis. He told me that I should had check with parts, WHAT? If I brought my car there is for them to fix. What kind of business is that? Shame on you Chevrolet of Ocala. I pray that I never have to go back there again. This is not right, not honest and not nice. More

I brought my Travers in for a misfire I stated to Scott previously that’s my car was misfiring and I gave him the codes. I indicated him that I needed my car fixed from the misfire after diagnosing it. He previously that’s my car was misfiring and I gave him the codes. I indicated him that I needed my car fixed from the misfire after diagnosing it. He gave me a list of things that needed to be serviced soon out of that list. I changed the spark plugs in the EV canister a week later he told me my car was ready upon paying. I asked him. Did those repairs fix the issue he said yes as soon as I drove it off the lot 20 minutes later it was misfiring again same issue. I brought it right back. They kept it for four more weeks not knowing what the issue was. He sent me text messages saying they were still trying to narrow it down for four weeks again he said the car was ready. I had to pay more money for a ECM as well as a fuel pump which I felt they should’ve been able to see that in the first repair visit. The ECM was not an issue or problem when I brought it in. It was when they were trying to figure out what else was the problem when I brought it in the first time and picked it up he said there was fuel coming out of the spark plugs that they had just replaced a fuel dump so within those four weeks, they changed the fuel pump and ECM, which I had to pay for additionally, when my vehicle is ready to be picked up and I drove it off the lot again 15 minutes later the engine light came back on. I called him and he said put some miles on it and see if that changes anything I put 800 miles on it and it didn’t change anything so he said, bring it in again they diagnosed a cat one and cat two were clogged resulting from the fuel dump that happened under their service and gave me an estimate of more repairs that I will be responsible for. I indicated to him that I felt that wasn’t right for me to have to pay for those repairs because it all happened while the vehicle was under their care and they should’ve diagnosed all of this in the first visit when it was misfiring I just brought my car in for a misfire and then Not not even putting on 10 or 15 miles every time I picked it up there was a new issue that does not seem likely all the wild. He never reached out to me while my car was under their care. I reached out to him to find out what was going on as a courtesy. He could’ve at least kept me in tomb with what was going on with my vehicle his attitude was very poor. I called his manager Ali and he had the same type of attitude condoning everything that Scott and the mechanic had kept my car for so long for I paid over $4500 and my car was never repaired. They treated me like I brought my car in for a service not a repair and all I felt like was to be justified if something else was wrong with my vehicle and I pointed it out that that was never stated in the previous diagnosis that they should make it right which they never did on their end I shouldn’t have had to pay or reimbursed some money for the repairs that were done previous because that never resulted in solving the issues, it only created more. My vehicle has high miles on it. I understand that, but if none of those issues came up in the first diagnosis and upon picking it up after repair hadn’t driven at 10 or 15 miles and another issue comes up because it had been sitting for four weeks on a clogged catalytic converters. They should’ve repaired the catalytic converters and no charge because that did not happen while my vehicle was on the road. It was in their shop sitting. He said that they drive it daily and that when they had driven it, the car ran perfect, but upon my repair receipts, the mileage difference was a matter of 2 miles for that four weeks that they had my vehicle. All I want was to be satisfied and treated fairly Ali and Scott Kelly did not have any remorse for having my vehicle for five weeks. They did not have any remorse on how much money I put into the repairs that did not solve the one issue that I brought it in for misfire it only created more issues for sitting up. I have been beyond satisfied with Scott. So much so that I have started bringing my GMC Truck to him as well. The communication was terrible and not so helpful. I will call and text and waited hours to hear back. Was told that the recall airbags was done but when I got there I was told that they was not in st I will call and text and waited hours to hear back. Was told that the recall airbags was done but when I got there I was told that they was not in stock and to reach out to them at a later date to see if they had them in. If you knew as a company that you didn't have the recall part in they should've told me and I could have waiting for another time. They also did a diagnostic check and half told me what the problems was after paying for the check to be performed. I had to call back up there 2 times just to get what the problem was/is..This is the first time I have ever experience this with Palm Chevrolet. More

went for an oil change and waited 3 hours. I ased them not to rotate my tires because I recently bought new tires from Palm and they didn't have enough miles to rotate yet..
