Amazing experience! I came in to go over my options as my two year lease was coming to an end. I had already been in contact with Mike a few times leading up to this rega I came in to go over my options as my two year lease was coming to an end. I had already been in contact with Mike a few times leading up to this regarding what I needed to do beforehand, paperwork to bring, etc. I always received prompt and thorough responses via email with him. I then came to the dealership with the idea that I would buy my leased vehicle as I figured that it was the best option financially. I spoke with both Russell and Scott, who were extremely kind and helpful in weighing my options. After writing everything down and working out the numbers with them, I decided that my best option was to start a new lease. They showed me vehicle options to find the best fit which turned out to be a 2017 Chevy Cruze. Scott spent time to show me the ins and outs of the vehicle's interior and systems. Mike then spent an extended amount of time on the phone with the bank working out the best rate for my financial situation, while Scott and Russell kept me informed throughout the process on exactly what was happening. The team was able to get my monthly rate down to what I could afford and put me into a vehicle that I love! I then did all paperwork with Steve who went over all of the details with me but was also fast and efficient. I had an amazing and painless experience working with Scott, Russell, Mike, and Steve and am very grateful for their work. They worked with me with understanding, patience, and a genuine care for what I wanted and needed. I have worked with Criswell before and will continue to do so for all of my future vehicle needs. 4th vehicle in 11 years! I've bought 4 vehicles in the past 11 years from Russell at Criswell and today I got my favorite one thus far!I knew I was upside down in my current S I've bought 4 vehicles in the past 11 years from Russell at Criswell and today I got my favorite one thus far!I knew I was upside down in my current SUV and at some point I'd have to "bite the bullet" to get out early if I wanted something bigger. I was presented options I'd never considered before and got exactly what I wanted with a payment/money down I could handle. Thank you, Russell and Jason for the great deal and Mr. Cohen for getting me approved! Not to mention Joey for showing me how everything works and touching all the buttons. Special shout-out to Scott and Abe for entertaining my daughters while I did paperwork. They are a handful and I appreciate you keeping them busy. What another great experience! Thanks to all of you! Will only come here!!!! I got the best service and treatment at Criswell in Gaithersburg, I went in to look around to see if i could find something with a little bit more of I got the best service and treatment at Criswell in Gaithersburg, I went in to look around to see if i could find something with a little bit more of a cheaper car payment and i was really thinking it would not be possible considering my car i was driving was only 2 years old. After they took my jeep down to see what i could get for it i was told it was possible! As Russell Carter was doing the needed paper work and finding prices i had Scott LeStrange going all over the lot bringing cars up front for me to see. We even walked the lot looking at different colors and models , trust me i had him working. He took his time to stop at the cars that i was interested in and compare them with other models and what he thought i would like and not like about them. After I went inside Russell had already wrote up what my payments would be on the first one i was going to get and i threw a curve ball on a different car, but with no problems at all he started writing up that one. After i had purchased the new car Scott was so helpful with making sure my jeep was next to the new car so i could switch things over, he made sure the new car went back got a full tank of gas and a wash. Even though they were busy he also made sure he took the time to come out to teach me the different controls and even paired my phone to my new car. He also made sure to put his business card in my glove box in case there was any other questions i may of had. I can say i have never been treated so well by a a salesman who isn't just worried about making a dollar off the sale but someone who truly takes the time to make sure their customer is completely happy and all questions are answered before i left. I will use Criswell Gaithersburg for future purchases and will be working with Russell Carter and/or Scott LeStrange from now on! More

untrusted I had a trust in any cheverolet dealer. And that was the reason for me to buy a new vehicle from cheverolet. I bought a brand new 2016 model suburban. I had a trust in any cheverolet dealer. And that was the reason for me to buy a new vehicle from cheverolet. I bought a brand new 2016 model suburban. I knew 2 years or 24,000 miles (which ever comes first) oil change service is included with prices while buying a new cheverolet vehicle. But, in my case, I still don't know why that was done on me, there are only 2 oil change services included with the price I bought the vehicle while revising the documents at home. I was supposed to check each and every thing before I signed the purchasing documents, but, I didn't do that and just signed on every document trusting it is a cheverolet dealer. Its is known that buyers don't check each and every detail on documents while signing for purchasing, but untrusted dealers try to take advantage of this and cheat. .......not expected from a cheverolet dealer to do such silly things More
