Lousy service Bought a used van and I said I would be back in two days to pick it up, salesman said that would give them time to clean it up. I returned and was told they hadn’t started cleaning it yet. I waited over an hour and when it still wasn’t ready I said I will take it the way it is and waited another 20 minutes. I called 3 days later to ask a question. The only one that answers the phone is the receptionist. No matter what department you want it is a recording. I left a message with the used car manager and one with the finance manager. Neither returned my call. Called the next day and got recordings again and when no one returned my call by the end of the day I called back and told the receptionist my dilemma. She could not find my salesman and the finance man was busy so she took my number and said she would get someone to return my call. The next day a finance man called me. I felt like after the sale was made no one was interested in satisfyingly anything I needed. More
