The people at Joe Rizza Ford are top notch!!! I bought an F-150 2 years ago, took it off the lot with ZERO miles!!!! I was given an extremely fair deal, along with a good trade in allowance. I had a terrible experience with Roxanne Ford. We went the three times, first time we bought a used Ford Explorer and the a/c compressor blew in these then a month and the oil needed to be changed in less the three times, first time we bought a used Ford Explorer and the a/c compressor blew in these then a month and the oil needed to be changed in less then a month. Not only that but one of the tires had a slow leak that had to be repaired. We went back and bought a used Edge same issue with the oil and the brakes had to be replaced within 1k miles. We went there again as the Explorer had more than 6k of repairs (according to them) including the ac compressor again when I I brought it in for recalls. Spoke it took them 3 weeks to to anything with the car and I decided to speak with a salesman to see if I could look at different options. Set an appointment and it was a joke didn't want to offer us what the Explorer was worth but would not even agree on an employee discount with my company that is online. After telling them that it is their website I was literally told by the sales manager that I need to start trusting people(unbelievable). We continued to look at other dealers and ended up with a Jeep. Not even nay that when I asked for the keys to the Explorer they wanted to charge me over 350$ for doing nothing and when I asked to speak with the service manager he had the gall to call me son. When I challenged her m and told him I am a veteran and he has no right to call me son he backed down, but seriously terrible service, terrible used cars and terrible employees. More
