I am not pleased with the fact that I paid, in cash, for 4 new Michelin tires and was sent on way (after just passing inspection) with a leaking valve stem. I left shortly after for NJ. I had to stop at 2 shop , as I was told I had dirt on the bead ( paying each time). I stopped x 7 to fill the tire with air.. when I arrived home, the car was brought back to Cortese, where the problem was resolved. I feel my time, money, and frustration should be compensated for with 2 free oil changes and tire rotations. More

Al greeted me, got me checked in for “the works”, offered coffee as I was waiting and checked me out when Scott finished the service. He even reminded me to use my rewards.
