1) Asked for service in preparation for an extended trip.
Upon completion, was told that everything looks good. After checking out and looking at invoice, it said that wipers need to be replaced, and inside

2) Dashboard display was not as it was when car was turned in. Had to get a service tech to reset display. This has happened several times in the past.

I made it to the service center about 30 min before closing and Scott took charge and had my car ready to pick up the following day before lunch. He called me first thing the next morning to explain what the issue was, what was being done to repair the problem, and that my warranty covered the repair in full. You can't ask for any better service than that in my opinion and Scott did a great job!
