mclaughlins has the best staff in moline. Brandon ,Scott and Brandon were great .[sounds like a law firm]. I seen this car on line at McLaughlin in Moline, Il. I made the deal over the phone. When I got to McLaughlin's to pickup and pay for the car, I was told that while we were making the deal McLaughlin had dropped the price of the car. I was buying the car at the new price. I was speechless. they didn't have to do that, but they did. McLaughlin and the staff are a bunch of great people. the prep people had my car spotless. the sales people were great and the dealership was honorable. what a great experance. Thank you McLaughlin for making buying a car great . More

Excellence all around This is not the first car I have purchased from McLaughlin - it is the 5th! The sales staff and service staff are amazing. Yes they care about sales e This is not the first car I have purchased from McLaughlin - it is the 5th! The sales staff and service staff are amazing. Yes they care about sales etc but they also care about you the customer and your satisfaction with the entire purchase process and the service of your vehicle for as long as you own it. This encounter, like all previous encounters, was simply excellent in every way. I worked with Kim Hicks and she was outstanding. More

New Subaru Owner! Recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback w/Eyesight (Lapis Blue). I didnt come to this decision easily or quickly (poor Scott). I conducted MONTHS Recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Outback w/Eyesight (Lapis Blue). I didnt come to this decision easily or quickly (poor Scott). I conducted MONTHS and MONTHS of research before settling on this vehicle (Mercedes C and E Class owner since 2001). But Subaru has so many safety features that I received a LOT of insurance refunds from State Farm from my paid-in-full Mercedes policy (trade-in).. Comparing Subaru to other contenders left me feeling very confident with my decision. And let me add - hat's off to my wonderful salesperson, Scott Schnabel.....he truly earned my sale and I'll happily buy another vehicle from him and refer friends, family, and coworkers, too! Thanks, Scott... love my Subaru like you said I would! More

Used vehicles does not meet minimum standards My daughter who happens to be functionally artistic and her 78 year old grandmother bought a car from McLaughlin . They both exspressed to the salesma My daughter who happens to be functionally artistic and her 78 year old grandmother bought a car from McLaughlin . They both exspressed to the salesman (Scott ) that she needed a reliable vehicle because my daughter lives in kewanee and travels to the quad cities frequently for work and school. They also purchased the warranty just in case something went wrong. After 7 months she was driving the car and it started to shake. She pulled into a ford dealership in kewanee and ford did not even have to put it up on the hoist to see that the whole back end was rusted out to the point that the ford dealership said she was lucky that the whole back end did not fall off and a serious accident could of occurred. When calling the dealership Scott replied it is not the dealership problem because they bought the car "as is" after talking to the attorney general office I found out a dealership has to provide " minimal standards on " as is " vehicles. And that McLaughlin has failed . Thank goodness the attorney general office gave us the proper steps to take to get this situation resolved. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a new or used vehicle from McLaughlin More

From Scott Schnabel's thorough and beyond-generous time with sales, to the superior and immediate experience I always have with Beth Scherrman in service, to the time Kim Hicks and Brandon Ellis took to go over details of the purchase (Kim sat in the car with me and helped me learn how to operate and set new features), it was warm, friendly, un-pushy, informative, and efficient. I recommend them all, always. They are pros and I'm grateful. More

On the Way to earning my trust back In 2012 we purchased a new Subaru Outback. The service experience after the purchase was not good. I recently found on the internet a Cadillac Escalad In 2012 we purchased a new Subaru Outback. The service experience after the purchase was not good. I recently found on the internet a Cadillac Escalade advertised at Mclaughlin . I went in to see the vehicle and initially spoke with Scott Schnabel and voiced my concerns of the past service issues. I even mentioned to him that i couldn't believe i was even looking here again.Scott worked very hard to restore my trust in McLaughlin and I was informed that many changes had occurred in the service department. We ended up purchasing a Cadillac Escalade ESV and Scott and Greg were very helpful with the purchase and Cadillac education .I am hoping for a positive outcome from the service department in the future. I gave the 4 star rating because it says for the dealership review. The sales staff would have been 5 star. The dealership itself still has to prove itself to me. More

I have bought over 100 cars and probably around 30 new over t Scott Schnabel, Greg Moroni, George McClean, Brandon Logsdon, and Kim Hicks, Thank you! I have bought over 100 cars and probably around 30 new over the last 35 years. I did my research going into this purchase. I looked at all the information on the internet and even checked with three Banks "Lowest Price Guaranteed Buying services." I was truly prepared to negotiate. I met with Scott Schnabel found the car with the equipment I wanted and knew what price was reasonable. I had no intention on making a purchase that day and expected it would most likely take a few days to get to an agreed price. Scott asked me if he could get me a quote, I said sure and expected for them to start out ridiculous. I was shocked when he gave me the price, this is the first Dealer ever who presented me with an agreeable price from the start. I am impressed with their integrity and honesty. I highly recommend them! Another notable benefit of this dealership is that they all actually do work as a team. Scott, Gregg, Brandon, and Kim each treated me as if I was their soul customer. Their was no end fighting over who's customer I was, I never had to wait. If Scott was busy, Greg was right there to help me. I appreciated that they respected my time and treated me as McLaughlin's customer not just as a salesman's commission. Brandon found me financing better than my credit Unions offered, and Kim went over the car at delivery with me and knew it so well, you would have thought she designed it herself. This Dealership is a class act, and I am looking forward to dealing with them long term. I know a lot of people would drive 100-200 miles to save a $100.00. You DON'T have to! Go see the fine people at McLaughlin's!! New or used, I am sure they will give you a fair deal and treat you better than you have been treated at any other Dealer. More
