Nonexistent customer service. Zero ownership across all departments. I was passed from one individual to the next, left multiple messages and not one returned call. Think twice before you buy a car from them and if you are thinking about taking your car to get serviced there, honestly, you would have better luck taking it to a high school mechanics class. Retail isn’t dying because of online shopping, its dying because retailers lack common sense customer service. I’ve received better customer service over the phone with an individual half way around the world. It’s clear why Carvana and Vroom are gaining so much momentum. While I would prefer to keep my money in the local economy, I will not give Rizza another penny. Trash, just absolute trash, from top to bottom. More
