Ford Escape Hatch, Interior Molding/Handle Loose Interior plastic molding on interior of hatch door in my Ford Escape became very loose, even pulling away from the door when trying to use handle to c Interior plastic molding on interior of hatch door in my Ford Escape became very loose, even pulling away from the door when trying to use handle to close hatch. It started to become very difficult to use the hatch at all, since the handle is part of the molding that was pulling away from the door. I took the car in to see if they needed to order parts, etc., expecting to have to make an appointment to come back at a later date. Scott checked it and said they'd be able to take care of it for me that same morning. I was very appreciative of the quick, efficient and courteous service! More

Earlier than expected I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The sales rep. said I had a recall that needed to be taken care of as well. He assured me it I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The sales rep. said I had a recall that needed to be taken care of as well. He assured me it would be done later in the afternoon. They gave me a ride home but my car was done in 3 hours which was fantastic. Thank you for the early and well done job ! More

Needed tires I called Rizza regarding a particular tire. Scott returned my call and inquired why I was interested in that particular tire. I told him my reason a I called Rizza regarding a particular tire. Scott returned my call and inquired why I was interested in that particular tire. I told him my reason and then he suggested another tire, from same company but a little cheaper and a better suited to my vehicle. I went with Scott's suggestion and they were able to get the tires in the next day and get them mounted on my car. So far so good on the tires. But I was VERY impressed with Scott taking the time to inquire as to why I had chosen a particular tire and he advised me on a more suitable tire. More
