Didn't answer the phone or return messages. Had to physically go to the dealership to make appointments. Then when dropping cars off for appointments, only had down oil changes, nothing else di Had to physically go to the dealership to make appointments. Then told they'd need the cars longer to complete service that they promised would be done. Total disappointment. More

I was able to workout a deal based on my budget and findings about the car. Service on the vehicle was only a day behind. Also, my car was not detailed or if it was it was not done well at all. Wish that they would’ve taken an extra day or planned for an extra day for that to be done. Which that should be standard. I also did not receive floor mats with my car and I messaged my salesman and was never given an answer. More

Had a great experience from the start. Justin was great to work with even while training a new person (His dad Doug). He and Doug were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous:- Justin was great to work with even while training a new person (His dad Doug). He and Doug were very friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous:-) Justin made every effort to get us into the vehicle we were looking for. So much so, we didn't even continue looking for a new vehicle even though we had planned to! Scott S. in finance was very nice and personable as well. he made the financing part as painless as possible. They were all very nice and made the experience of buying a new vehicle enjoyable.
