Love the convenience of the shuttle service with picking up and dropping off our fleet vehicles. Service is very good and thorough. On 10/28 I was told that TPMS was not covered and when I was there on 11/19 for the other side I found out it was covered and asked about a refund and wanted to speak with a manager. I also told them I spo was there on 11/19 for the other side I found out it was covered and asked about a refund and wanted to speak with a manager. I also told them I spoke with a mechanic and it is not required to get them both done on the same side like I was told. I spoke with the manager John K and he was nonchalant about my experience and stated that life was too short to argue when I was telling him about my frustration about paying when it was covered. He said she was new and made a mistake. I was told that I was going to be refunded but had to wait for a check to be mailed to me. The whole experience with the service dept was a fiasco to deal with and how I felt did not feel validated. I was offered a free oil change and asked what would make me happy. I feel like as a customer I should not have to wait to be reimbursed when it was their error. This is my 3rd car from them and the service dept quality is declining since I 1st became a customer. I arrived at 9:45 am and left after noon. I was the last person in the lobby for sales at that time. More
