Scott was the most patient and kind salesman. We had been thinking of getting a new CRV for a long time, but were not ready to make a decision until recently. I received just the right amount of email and co thinking of getting a new CRV for a long time, but were not ready to make a decision until recently. I received just the right amount of email and contacts without him pushing us. He answered all of my questions, both serious ones, as well as silly and not so important, but were ones I needed to know just for me. From start to finish, it was an easy and enjoyable process. This was my first time buying a car and Scott lead me through it all. Nobody tried to hassle me or make me feel uncomfortable.
