We weren’t sure we were ready to buy immediately, but we were getting close to doing so. Mark listened to our needs and pulled one up for us to test drive, and we were truly Impressed. There were a couple CPO units we found appealing, and after we got home and did our due diligence decided we should proceed with the purchase. I called to set an appointment the next day. When we got to the dealership, the car we wanted magically appeared ready for a 2nd test drive (it had Honda Sensing, the first car didn’t). Mark explained how it worked and what to expect, and we feel really good about our choice. Then we had some crazy issues getting our financing pulled together, too convoluted to get into, but Scott was nothing but patient and helpful until we were finally successful. We are RVers, so need to tie the car down on a trailer for travel, and the other Scott showed us how they do that. EVERYONE was helpful, NO ONE got impatient, we had a TOTALLY POSITIVE experience. More

He sold me my first civic in 2 I have purchased several Honda's from this location over the past 20 years. I have always dealt with Scott Reineke. He sold me my first civic in 2002. This dealership is not like others. There isn't any fussing around. I can tell Scott what I have, what I want and what I want to pay for it. He handles everything from there giving me the best solution. My last purchase/lease a 2019 CR-V was done almost exclusively over text messages. He is my go to and Honda of Lincoln is my go to. I don't like games the games that other manufacturers dealers play. This is the easiest way to purchase a vehicle, no BS. More

I was nervous about buying from a dealership because you always hear about some salesman trying to get you into something way over budget and I didn’t want to deal with that. Austin was amazing right from the start though! We let him know what we were looking for, our price range, and that we actually already had a vehicle in mind. He met us with that car, never tried to talk us into anything, and we never felt pressured to buy! It was obvious he cared more about us leaving in a vehicle we felt happy with than his commission! He made everything very easy and stress free! I couldn’t possibly be any happier with my new ride or my experience with Austin at Honda of Lincoln!! I’d give 100 stars if I could!!
