We started in the service department, where we dropped off our vehicle to get a routine oil change. Khoa was very pleasant and walked us through the process, explaining the new vehicle inspection video we would receive via text. Our next stop was over to see Kevin to look into buying out our lease. Kevin is never lacking on his greetings--we always feel like we are part of his family when visiting him. His warm smile and genuine interest in what is going on with us is always very much appreciated. After a quick visit with Kevin, he took us to Scott, who walked us through the entire process of buying out my lease. He was incredibly patient through all of my questions, and went into great depth in his responses. He took great care of us in making sure we selected the best finance option, along with getting us a great deal on an extended warranty. Everyone thinks we are crazy for driving 3 hours from the Des Moines area back to Lincoln to take care of all needs with our car, but I wouldn't have it any other way with how we are treated every time we walk into Honda of Lincoln. We will continue to make this trek as long as we continue to get the outstanding service we get each time we stop in. Thank you for always treating us like family! More

Dave Karas was very friendly, welcoming and informative over the phone. I gave him the 3 stock#s of the Pilots we were coming to see. It was a snowy day. Dave Kara notified Alexis Fregosa that we were coming to see these Pilots. Upon arrival, Alexis had the 3 Pilots washed clean, and moved inside a heated shop area so we could see them side-by-side without being outside in the cold and snow. Alexis was very friendly, courteous, product knowledgeable and respectful of our thoughts, concerns and privacy at the appropriate time. He listened. Often sales associates lack this quality. He was very pleasant to communicate and work with. When it came time to deal, the sales manager Kenny Soulliere introduced himself and demonstrated all of the same qualities as we had been experiencing with Alexis. Kenny was very friendly, personable, easy going, yet very professional. Kenny allowed us privacy and time to check Kelley Blue Book values for ourselves. That's when I found that their pricing on my trade-in allowance and on their Pilot was very fair and both customer and dealership gained benefit from the deal. I will return to Honda of Lincoln for any and all future Honda needs and wants and recommend others to do the same. More

I've now owned 2 Hondas, and here's something for ya, my 96 Civic, 5 speed, was a rebuilt salvaged car (with an older engine, not knowing the real true milage at the time of purchase in 2000) and it lasted me 9 years, and never needed the shop!! I KNOW that my purchase was a valuable and safe purchase for me and my family! More

Russ is the man! I originally went into Honda of Lincoln on December 15th in search of a 2018 Honda HRV. I test drove one and instantly fell in love. During pricing negotiations, however, we began to look at some of the leasing specials and options for a nice newer 2019 Honda HRV LX with all the bells and whistles. After establishing a price that matched my budget, with the help of Scott Sweeney, who was very approachable and intuitive in answering any questions I had, we decided on a black on black Honda HRV 2019. The car had yet to be delivered to the Honda of Lincoln location at this time, however, we were able to continue with the leasing deals prior to the vehicles delivery date. The vehicle was delivered on January 10, 2019. Russ Meyer worked with me for day 1, from test driving the 2018, researching leasing options, and communicating with me continuously until the vehicle arrived. He went above and beyond to make my experience of trading in my old car (2014 Honda Civic sedan) and leasing a 2019 Honda HRV an unforgettable and enjoyable experience. His friendliness and willingness to assist me in every aspect has made me excited to undoubtedly return to Honda in the future. Although, the wait for the vehicle to arrive was anxious, the outcome, and overall superb service on the part of Russ made it all worth it.
