The FIRST dealership I go to when car shopping! I've been buying cars from Kelly Nissan of Route 33 for several years. Each time I meet a new sales person I think "this one is the best". But honestly, working with Scott Tophoney really was the best experience! This was my daughter's first 'grown-up' purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better sales person. Thank you Mike Disora for bringing him to us! Scott took the time to put her at ease, to listen to our needs, & to review a lot of safety things with her. It was as if he was talking to his own daughter, making sure she knew all the details of her car, & the whole car-buying process! She walked out of there feeling proud & best of all, GOOD about her purchase. I walked out of there thinking I'd highly recommend him to my friends! First Car Purchase--Above and Beyond Service I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. When I was car shopping at other dealerships, I felt harassed by the employees. They seemed I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. When I was car shopping at other dealerships, I felt harassed by the employees. They seemed to follow me around even though I said I didn't need their help. Scott Tophoney simply approached us, asked if we had any questions, and then said "Here's my business card with my cell phone number on it. I know that people don't like to be harassed or followed or pressured, so give me a call if you need anything." It was a relief to know that not only did someone care, but he knew to give us our personal space. Mike Disora was able to get us approved credit wise, and Mike Salavati was honest with us in terms of what the car needed in terms of warranty. He mentioned gap insurance, but then honestly said that he wouldn't get it for the car after my father seemed hesitant about it. He put his honest opinion above making a few extra bucks, and to me, that shows a level of respect that is refreshing in this industry. I highly recommend this dealership. This was my first car buying experience, and it was all I could have hoped for! More
