Chad Soares, another Lithia employee, was very helpful in answering questions I had about the car. His expertise about the details of the car assisted me in getting comfortable with the intricacies of the car. This would have been a five-star review had the car pickup process been easier. It took more than two hours complete this process (and I wasn't financing!). The dealership needs to address this issue and make the process more efficient. More
