Scott is very stupid and unwilling to make things fair after Lithia continually screws me over and fails to correctly repair my car. He has the ability to write me a check for my requested amount which ac after Lithia continually screws me over and fails to correctly repair my car. Best Customer Service! Scott and Derric always take care of me when I bring my car in for service. Being a single mom, working multiple jobs, it's great to be taken care of Scott and Derric always take care of me when I bring my car in for service. Being a single mom, working multiple jobs, it's great to be taken care of and to be provided with another vehicle if needed so that I can go about my day. John in the service center is great and always updates me on the status of my vehicle as well as a rough estimate of costs. Also informs me when and if my vehicle is going to need any other work in the near future. All-in-all always a great experience! More
