I showed up at the dealership about 12.30 pm and spoke to Nicole Walrath. She stated she had an opening at 3:00 this afternoon. I came back about 2:00 and told Nicole I was there. She processed the paperwork and I took a seat in the waiting room. My keys were returned to me at 2:52 and Nicole asked me to follow her to the cashier. It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole again. I bought my 2011 Malibu at the dealership and have been very pleased with my interaction with all the employees. More

Perfect in every way The minute we walked through the doors of the dealership, Cheyenne greeted us, we told her what we were looking for and within 15 minutes she had two The minute we walked through the doors of the dealership, Cheyenne greeted us, we told her what we were looking for and within 15 minutes she had two trucks lined up in our price range with the options we asked for. In fact the second truck had more than what we asked for which is the one we purchased. This is the first time in my life I did not have to deal with dealership games, you know the back-and-forth with payments and such and my wife didn’t get mad impatient or threaten to leave which trust me we bought a lot of vehicles in our day and that’s a first. The whole process was painless from test driving to negotiating which we really didn’t have to do, they came in at a very strong offer the first time. All I can say this experience was perfect in every way and my wife is ready to come back in the summertime and buy new vehicle for herself. ( look at the picture it’s still daylight outside, when have you ever bought a car and left with it while the sun was still up LOL) More

Sensor light Gus & Scott did a very nice job of getting my Malibu into service and fixed.
